Andy Mowatt has broad international IT experience; more than 22 years in a variety of technical support roles. Mowatt’s career background includes systems administration, hardware support and procurement, project management, personnel management and business development roles.

Andy Mowatt is MILESTONE’s team leader for international IT service delivery.

Andy is the Managing Director for the MILESTONE projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and for the Asia Pacific countries (APAC). From offices in Israel, Spain, Switzerland, Ireland and the United Kingdom, Andy Mowatt and his staff are responsible for the IT service implementation for MILESTONE clients in 26 countries and growing.

Mowatt’s international teams are responsible for client service desk, desktop and call center support, special projects and strategic planning.

Besides the geographic breadth of his responsibilities, Mowatt must also manage his MILESTONE teams with a view on the cultural differences that exist regionally throughout his territories.

Prior to Andy Mowatt’s current job functions at MILESTONE (EMEA and APAC), he spearheaded the position of Programme Director for EMEA. At this position, Mowatt grew the business unit rapidly, culminating his first two years with MILESTONE with an impressive 125% growth factor.
