Apple for Your Enterprise. Integrate. Manage. Secure.
MILESTONE engineers have integrated Macs and iOS devices across America for virtually all industries. Employing Apple eco-system tools to manage integration, clients find our four-phase approach comprehensive, secure and systematic.
Solution Overview of MILESTONE’s Apple Integration Process
MILESTONE’s proven Apple integration process gives clients the confidence to securely operate both Mac and PC computers on one corporate network. The process begins with a preliminary interview to understand the client’s computing requirements.
1. ASSESSMENT Meet client project leaders to understand the firm’s objectives, success criteria, timeline and budget. This step provides for a clear preview of the required integration efforts, implementation timeline and project proposal. |
2. PROOF OF CONCEPT MILESTONE implements the Apple Mac Accelerator Program (MAP) as the framework to examine and analyze the subject network, email system, Active Directory, desktop apps, current hardware and software, and mobility requirements. Client will identify 2% of the company population (at least 10 users) to be the first users to migrate. |
3. PILOT PROGRAM Applications, software, system settings, virtualization requirements and any network requirements are fully implemented, then documented in the pilot program database. Next, MILESTONE recommends that between 5% and 10% of the company population migrates to Macs and iOS devices. |
4. LAUNCH Client is now operating a secure, proven, platform-independent network. Information is gathered to include Macs on client’s approved vendor list, with recommended efforts and scope of work for the addition and integration of Macs. |
