Support from our Apple Call Center (Help Desk)

From our Silicon Valley-based Network Operations Center in Fremont, California, we provide remote Help Desk services for small and medium-sized businesses. Our Apple Certified Macintosh technicians provide webex-based, phone and chat support to solve end user issues.

Onsite Service Desk Support at Your Facilities

We provide our Onsite Service Desk support within the client’s facility. This onsite support is part of a larger support service we call Manage IT. Users benefit from having our Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians on campus, in close proximity to end-users for faster resolution of problems, warranty corrections and break/fix repairs. We also offer these extended services:

  • VIP Support with specially trained technicians to assist IT executives in meeting their goals.
  • Mac Server Configuration for IP address set up and services to meet business requirements.
  • NOC Monitoring to verify servers are operating and alert systems are functioning.
  • Break/Fix and Warranty Repair.
  • Asset Disposal to environmentally recycle equipment after its useful life is sustained.

Procurement and Deployment

MILESTONE has the certifications and tools to orchestrate the deployment, management and inventory of Macs and iOS devices in the enterprise. Additional Training for IT Teams
