Jim Schultz brings financial and administrative leadership to the MILESTONE team. Since 1983, Schultz has held upper level financial and executive management positions in both the service and manufacturing sectors.

Schultz is responsible for all aspects of financial, treasury, and administrative control at MILESTONE, including the oversight of the Accounting, Human Resources, and Administration departments. He is also responsible for all banking, legal, insurance, and other key administrative infrastructure functions and relationships.

Jim has played a significant role in the development of MILESTONE’s global operations. Schultz has negotiated international contracts in 11 major countries where MILESTONE currently operates, as well as creating corporate entities and developing strategic legal and financial relationships in these locales. From these global sites, MILESTONE supports clients in 26 countries.

Schultz has also negotiated the acquisition of other IT support companies for MILESTONE that mirror the business model MILESTONE continues to build.

Schultz reports directly to the firm’s founder, CEO and principal stock holder, Prem Chand, and is a member of both MILESTONE’s Board of Directors and the company’s executive management committee which drives the business decisions that enable MILESTONE’s growth and stability.
