Tony Silveira has an extensive IT background. Virtually his entire professional career, including his time with MILESTONE, has involved several different aspects of IT.
Prior to joining MILESTONE, Tony co-founded a technology company that improved client’s IT delivery and business processes. Tony Silveira has engineered or re-engineered, service desk methods, IT tools and procedures, and has managed many aspects of Information Technology (L1, L2 and L3) support. Tony brings 20 years of IT personnel management and IT infrastructure management to the MILESTONE team.
Silveira is responsible for Global Operations at MILESTONE. Silveira is the service delivery executive for mission critical, high availability, secure IT environments. MILESTONE clients depend on Silveira for planning and implementing high-level IT support.
Silveira’s teams plan, organize, staff, train, transition, implement and monitor MILESTONE projects. Through time tested client support models and documented processes, MILESTONE maintains an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
By designing global solutions at the firm’s corporate headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area, Silveira increases MILESTONE’s value to clients by deploying local, in-country, on-site project management and technical teams.
Tony Silveira is instrumental to the success of MILESTONE operations. Project planning, staffing, delivery and analysis are only among his job functions at MILESTONE. He is also a member of MILESTONE's executive management committee that drives many of the successful decisions that have helped make MILESTONE one of the leading IT support firms in the world today.
